This lovely 20m² triple rooms is ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants, offering plenty of dining options to explore.

The space has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of city adventures. It features three comfortable single beds for restful nights or relaxing while watching TV. Guests will also find hangers and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The private bathroom is located outside the room. It is fully equipped, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the room is accessible only by stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Professional cleaning is performed before every stay to maintain a pristine environment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.

Within easy walking distance, you’ll find the iconic white-walled arches of the Portas da Cidade in the heart of the historic centre and the graceful façade of the 15th-century Church of São Sebastião, showing classic Azorean architecture. Wandering a few minutes further brings you to the lively waterfront promenade along Avenida Infante Dom Henrique, where shops, cafés and sea views converge. For dining, locals recommend places like Palma Sushi, offering fresh sushi with a cosy atmosphere, and Restaurante O Baco by the marina for excellent seafood and Atlantic views.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a personal check-in property. A greeter will meet you at the apartment and hand over the keys.

There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of 200 EUR.
