„We had a great service from The 101 Hotel. We were warm welcomed and had no problem at all with the service. Our room (a Suite with City Panorama) was also big enough & from our balcony we could see the Salak Mountain. All mineral water in our room are free including the drinks in cool storage (I couldn’t say it’s a refrigerator, because it wasn’t cold at all). „You're in the middle of paradise here! Totally beautiful and serene. This is tea country with tea plantations surrounding the area My only complaint was at the restaurant which charged me almost USD 3 for green tea! Apparently, the only free tea is one local brand but since they are in tea country, I believe they could do better by offering what is local.“

Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good“
