„This is an amazing place. It was actually BETTER than the pictures, which is a rarity. It feels very luxurious for Pollock Pines and has a good amount of room for large families. Had everything we needed and more, Kitchen was well equipped too(we cook) so that was a great bonus. Highly recommend for any season. The limited interactions I had with Host were great and super fast in their response. Look forward to booking again. “

Two issues we had was when we had arrived the house was not ready yet when my sisters first arrived. Our check in instructions said had our check in was after 3 and it was 4 when my sisters arrived and the housekeeper was still their cleaning.
