Villa Illa Petita (formerly known as Villa Eloisa) is a centrally located villa with a large private swimming pool, spacious lawned garden and fantastic scenic views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Situated in the area of Siller, the beach and facilities of Puerto Pollensa can be reached easily on foot, or within a few minutes by car. This impressive 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa also includes air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the lounge, plus WiFi.

Villa Illa Petita is located in the area of Siller, very close to Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the well-known Tramuntana Mountains. Despite its countryside position, the beach and centre of the resort can all be easily reached either on foot or by car. Here you'll be spoilt for choice for activities, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Villas Olivo and Hort de Siller are along the same country road, perfect for a large family villa holiday.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
