Can Garroverar is a charming 3-bedroom Mallorcan house, perfect for up to 6 people, located in the vibrant center of Pollença. This property offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, and is divided into two independent spaces, ensuring total privacy for all guests. When you make a reservation, the entire villa is exclusively available for your group.



The first part of the house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room filled with natural light, and two bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has access to an additional bathroom with a shower.



In the second part of the house, you’ll find an additional bedroom with an independent kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for those seeking extra privacy or comfort during their stay.



The outdoor space is one of the villa’s main attractions. Enjoy a private heated Jacuzzi to relax while taking in the scenery. The shaded rest area is ideal for outdoor meals, reading a book, or simply relaxing. The warm, sunny climate of Pollença makes this area the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating throughout, and free WiFi. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!



Located in the heart of Pollença, the villa is just a few minutes' walk from the main square, where you can enjoy local cuisine, explore quaint shops, and visit Pollença Church. Only 10 minutes by car from the villa, you can relax on the beautiful Puerto de Pollença beaches.
