Séjour de 2 nuits dans un cadre calme à 2 pas de la mer et proche de polignano Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure du Check in mais les propriétaires ont gentiment accepté de nous accueillir plus tôt La propriétaire ainsi que son fils ont été formidables et très serviables suite à notre tentative de vol dans notre véhicule de location pour nous aider dans nos démarches en italien Nous les remercions pour ça Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec des spécialités locales était excellent tout le personnel très sympathique

Mariela and her team were amazing and gracious hosts! The room was so spacious with your own dining areas....3 to choose from in your room. Breakfast was amazing....homemade items that left us full all day. Very good location to come and go while visiting northern Puglia

Localisation était parfaite, chambre propre et l’hôte très sympathique. Seul bémol, les oreillers pourraient être plus confortable et l’insonorisation entre les chambres peut efficace. Petit déjeuner était excellent et servit sur la terrasse !

Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room was clean. Location is outstanding! Easy to get to and plenty of parking. We felt it would be a nice addition to include an electric kettle for making tea or coffee in the evening in our room. Also it would be helpful to include a couple of television channels in English.

An oasis of calm

We were in an oasis of calm amongst olive trees. The welcome was amazing and the food good and well presented. The owner helped us order pizza for dinner as we didn't really want to leave the property.

We had a wonderful stay here and the service was excellent, The owners Emiliano and Maria made us breakfast every morning and it was wonderful. Each morning the breakfasts were different.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, poiché sono facili da raggiungere molte calette, nonché la città di Polignano. La tranquillità, la pulizia e la funzionalità della casa permette di rendere il tuo soggiorno rilassante. Le colazioni preparate giorno per giorno da Emilio e la moglie sono fantastiche....... Our host, Emilio, was incredibly helpful. We arrived late into the Bari airport and he actually met us at the Polignano Nord exit to ensure that we wouldn’t get lost. He and his staff were very warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice central location for exploring the area, we wished we had made this our base for the days we were travelling. Very quiet location at the end of a small road, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The highlight was breakfast. Order and time given the night before, breakfast was delivered to the our door patio and consisted of delicious home made local dishes, coffee and juice. We spent time chatting with the owners who shared information on food and places to visit. We felt very welcomed and wished had stayed longer. Make sure to visit Monopoli which is very close and felt a little less busy than other towns

Practical stay

Clean place and lovely friendly host . Located outside of town and a bit odd location. Host super friendly. Good for a quick stay maybe not that scenic for a longer stay as a bit run down outside . So for a practical solution it’s ok . For a holiday stay etc I’d stay in the town itself which is lovely and fantastic restaurants etc

I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for teenagers and not sturdy. The place was dirty, infested with ants, and the property was in disrepair with electrical wires hanging and the property looks like it is not well upket. The family that runs it really work hard and by they try their best but for what they charge, they could do a lot more to fix this place and make it what it can be and what it was. The pictures are all at least 15 years old. The furniture front and back is rusted and breaking and falling apart. The value for the money is unacceptable. The breakfast is good, but repetitive and also not prepared with the most hygienic methods. We found multiple hairs in the meals. The ants are everywhere. The property is located in the middle of nowhere with no signs or indications as to where to go. The path through the far in narrow, not illuminated and flanked by a stone wall on each side barely able to fit a car. One jerk and you’ll scratch your car. I can’t recommend this place as the pictures do not represent the property.

Wonderful hospitality and privacy

Great stay with wonderful hospitality! This place is in a great location for those wishing for privacy and peace. We had private parking on the property. Polignano a Mare is just 5min driving distance. Lots of thoughtful touches, with additional shampoo, body wash, and soap left for us if needed - they thought of everything! Our host Emilio and his wife were the sweetest people we met in Italy. Included in our stay was the most delicious local breakfast with cappuccino. Emilio recommended us restaurants and places to visit and as a plus even called to book us dinner reservation to one of the fanciest and busiest restaurants in town 🙂 Thank you, we would recommend!
