set in the village-like, gated Jacaranda"s precinct.

A separate intimate formal lounge with warming gas fireplace
greets you as you enter. Casual living is offered towards the rear of
the property with a combined kitchen and dining. The master
bedroom with ensuite is at the rear of the house with complete
privacy from the other bedrooms.

Two bedrooms, bathroom, a multimedia room and study are located
on the upper level for the perfect kids retreat or gives your group a
bit of space to themselves.

An additional loft suite with its own bathroom and internal access is
situated above the double garage.

You needn"t travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.
