Each segment has an area of 125.35 m2, including 88.59 m2 of usable space, 2 balconies, one terrace and two levels of happiness. Ground floor On the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen, with a total area of over 25 m2. The living room is extended by a terrace, which can be accessed through large glass doors, which beautifully illuminate the living area of the apartment. The apartment is entered through a closed corridor with wardrobes. Like any vestibule, it also insulates against cold. On the ground floor, we also designed a smaller bathroom with room for a shower. The wooden stairs visible in the living area lead to the first floor. Floor On the 1st floor there are 3 independent bedrooms and a large bathroom. Importantly, all rooms have standard height. There are no slopes in the apartment, and the windows on the first floor are even larger than standard, because they are large balcony-type windows. Thanks to this, the rooms are very well lit. To increase your satisfaction with the mountain location, we designed the bedrooms so that each of them has access to a balcony. Two bedrooms share a large balcony, and the third has its own separate balcony. Thanks to this, each household member has even more opportunities to admire unique views of the water complex and the panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains.
