„We stayed for only one night. Our experience was top notch. This is a great old hotel with an 1800’s vibe, but impeccably restored. Rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Bill at the front desk. It’s right in the center of the action in town. The restaurant was also great, good food and good value.“

„We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. „Where to begin … the list is long. Stan and Julia were the most gracious hosts and their staff of sisters were amazing. Each breakfast was a 4 course pleasure enjoyed on the patio overlooking the garden, a virtual oasis. We hiked daily in various parks and the Gap, so the jacuzzi tub each evening was perfect.
