The interior of the house will seduce you with its very spacious living room, with a large fully equipped American kitchen, including large stovetops and an American fridge with filtered water and ice cubes, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright and welcoming living room is the ideal place to get together as a family. A bedroom with a pull-out bed for two people and a magnificent master suite with a 160x200 queen size bed, a large dressing room and a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath, offer exceptional comfort on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find two elegant bedrooms, ideal for children, with 90x200 twin beds, configurable as 180x200 double beds, each with its own shower room. The third bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 queen size bed and an office area ideal for teleworking, also has its own private terrace. A comfortable bathroom with double sink, shower and bath as well as a play area with table football complete this floor, offering moments of relaxation and entertainment for everyone.

Located in the immediate vicinity of Portsall Harbour, the house benefits from all the conveniences within easy reach, including bars, restaurants and the sailing club is within walking distance. The GR34 hiking trail passes right in front of the house, offering superb opportunities to discover the splendid coastal landscapes.
