Cocoonr is offering this 24 m² studio for rent, situated in the heart of the seaside resort of Val André, 50 metres from the beach, and suitable for up to 2 guests.

Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living area, an open-plan fitted kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 20 m² living area with a sofa bed (1 m x 1.90), a dining area, a sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) and a TV.
– An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and washing machine…
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The studio is ideally situated in the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André, in a lively and pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

– By bus: the Breizhgo and Distribus services connect Saint-Brieuc, Lamballe and neighbouring towns. During the summer, free shuttle buses run throughout the town, taking you to Dahouet harbour and the town centre.
– Nearest railway station: Lamballe, 18 km away.
