We had my husband, my 5-year-old son and me along with our dog and two cats that she was so kind to accommodate and a time in our life where we were in a bind and this cabin was the perfect solution for our stay. „Our cottage was perfect. It was exactly what we needed and wanted from a rustic Alaskan cabin. At no point did I feel lacking. The water was hot, the room was clean. Felt completely safe and it was quiet. It was simply us in nature. We loved that the host left a journal for fellow travelers; we decided to do Chena Hot Springs because of the log. Glad we did.
