Azul Condominium is located in the exclusive Playacar Phase II community, a tranquil and private area surrounded by lush greenery. Guests can enjoy easy access to Playacar Beach, a serene stretch of sand perfect for relaxing and swimming.

Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
