Guest Access:

Guests will have fully private access to this 1-bed, 1-bathroom studio suite in an ideal PDC location. There is free street parking for those guests needing to park a vehicle.

Getting Around:

Getting around the area is very convenient. The studio is located just one block from the famous 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, so it’s easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. If you prefer, you can take a taxi, which is a quick and affordable option. Additionally, the studio is only about three blocks away from a beach bike rental service, which you can access through an app. Walking, biking, or taking a taxi are all great options for getting around.

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes to explore the area, and don’t forget sunscreen for those sunny days! If you plan to rent a bike, be sure to download the rental app in advance. Also, while the neighborhood is generally quiet, 5th Avenue can get lively, so plan accordingly if you prefer a more peaceful environment.



For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.
