The apartment is centrally located, there's a Walmart nearby (2 blocks away) and the ADO coach station is about 10-15min walking distance.
The Cozumel pier is 15min walking from the apartment.
Being so close to 5th avenue, you'll be moments away from the best restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and water activity centres like diving and snorkelling... There's lots to do around!

Although you'll be within walking distance from lots of attractions, bicycles are great to go experience Playa. For out of town adventures like going to the Mayan Ruins, Tulum, Cenotes, etc., I'd recommend renting a car. (there's parking space in the building)
