The Space:

The studio is a modern space with Marble floors and Bath. The building is new and has an elevator and doorman, with underground parking. There is 24/7 security on premise. It is equipped with everything you would possibly need for your vacation. top quality King bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and a SMART TV with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO along with all of the cable channels. There are electric black out shades, mood setting dimmer switches, an electric Hot and Cold Purified water dispenser (water not provided), a fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Coffee Maker, Electric Hot Kettle, Blender, Toaster, and all of the pots, pans, dinnerware and cutlery you can possibly imagine.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all common areas. Elevator, Garage, rooftop pool, and Gym.

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very safe. We're less than a block away from the 5th Ave, where everyone is always while in Playa. Lots of markets, cafes, restaurants and much more to do.



Getting Around:

3 min walk to the Hilton beach & a 10 min walk to the happening Mamitas party beach. Practically on the corner of the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta), with plenty of bars and restaurants around to enjoy nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.





Once guests are confirmed and before the trip, the electronic keypad entry code will be sent along with the wi-fi password. The building is new and very secure. There is 24/7 security on premises and the doorman is very friendly and helpful.



For bookings 28 days or longer, we're billing electric usage separately. For bookings 7+ days we request a mandatory change of linens at an extra cost to keep our linens clean and be able to provide all our guests with quality linens.

We’re available 24/7 for emergencies. Our guest support team is online and happy to help via message daily from 9:00 AM to midnight. After midnight, please reach out only in case of urgent matters or emergencies — we’ll be here if you need us!
