Welcome to your stylish 2-bedroom retreat in one of Playa del Carmen’s most modern residential towers. Designed for comfort and convenience, the apartment features:

We provide a complimentary welcome kit with toilet paper, trash bags, soaps and shampoo. These items are not restocked during the stay.



To maintain quality for all guests, daily cleaning is not included, but you can request cleaning or a change of linens/towels for an additional cost.



Guest Access:

To enter the property, guests must register at reception and present their IDs.

The building uses a biometric access system (fingerprint or facial recognition). This registration is required to enter the building, and by booking you acknowledge and accept this procedure. No refunds apply if you decline to complete the biometrics process at check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Located just 150 meters from 5th Avenue, the apartment puts you in the heart of Playa del Carmen.

Walk to restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, boutiques, nightlife, and more.



Three blocks away is 30th Avenue, where you’ll find supermarkets, ATMs, street food, pharmacies, and everything you need for longer stays.



Safe, walkable, and vibrant — a perfect hub for discovering Playa.

Other Things to Note:

⚠️ ROOFTOP WORKS - TOWER A (August 31 to September 15, 2026): renovation works will be taking place on the Tower A rooftop. You may hear construction noise between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The rooftop stays open during the works and, per condominium rules, access is limited to guests aged 16 and over.



- Two complimentary toilet paper rolls per stay.

- One set of bed linens and towels included. Additional sets available at extra cost.

- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately based on meter readings.

- For stays over 7 nights, a weekly mandatory linen change applies (additional cost).

- Building security uses cameras in common areas only — never inside the apartment.

- Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.

- We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request; these must be ordered before 5:00 PM.

- Travel crib available for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), including mattress, sheets and blanket. Subject to availability — please request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

- Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Our guest support team is available daily from 9 AM to midnight via message for anything you need.

After midnight, we’re available only for emergencies — but don’t worry, we’ve got your back 24/7 for urgent situations.
