ANGELINA WOHNUNG IST NUR EINE STUNDE SÜDLICH VON CANCUN IM PLAYA DEL CARMEN, IM HERZEN DER RIVIERA MAYA, MEXIKO, GELEGEN. SCHÖNES NEUES BOUTIQUE LIFE STYLE-GEBÄUDE, UM IHR KLEINES PARADIES ZU GENIESSEN. SABBIA CONDOS IST DAS BESTE WOHNGEBÄUDE IN DER STADT. Von hier aus ist es einfach, Zugang zum Strand (MAMITAS & KOOL BEACH CLUBS). Die berühmte 5TA AVENIDA mit all ihren Restaurants ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist komplett in einem alten Gebäude renoviert worden. Die Renovierung wurde im Jahr 2017 abgeschlossen. Dem Architekten ist es gelungen, den alten Charme zu bewahren und wiederherzustellen und gleichzeitig einen zeitgemäßen Touch zu verleihen.

Die Wohnung ist total neu. Zeitgenössische Möbel. Unschlagbare Lage über dem Stadtzentrum, um das lokale Leben zu erleben. Viel Licht. Voller Charakter. Balkon. Edelstahlgeräte

Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch in Design und Möbeln. Der Besitzer hat nur ein paar nette Dinge dort hingelegt, damit sich seine Familie wohl fühlt, aber nicht überladen von Gegenständen, wenn sie in Playa bleibt. Er hat alles, was Sie in der Wohnung sehen, für seine Familie ausgewählt, um zu genießen. Er hofft, dass es Ihnen auch gefallen wird.

Der Eigentümer ist ein Künstler, der das Interieur entworfen und die Wohnung mit einem exquisiten Geschmack dekoriert hat.

Dieses charmante Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich in einem ruhigen Block im Viertel Playa del Carmen New. .

Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. In unserem Gemeinschaftsbad finden Sie eine erste Körperwäsche, Shampoo und Conditioner. Wir hatten nie Haustiere in der Wohnung.

Wir halten die Wohnung immer tadellos sauber.

Parken: Gäste können kostenlos auf jeder Straße parken. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Eingang des Gebäudes auf einem zugewiesenen Parkplatz.

I prefer 5-star hotels when I travel, and in Playa del Carmen have always stayed at Hilton, or Hyatt but I was going to be in town for a while with my family and wanted something a bit larger and cheaper. However, a few years ago I tried another apartment but was very disappointed. On this trip, I was absolutely pleased. The apartment has just been fully renovated to a very high European standard, the size is massive, the furniture is new and quite comfortable, the kitchen was perfect. And the owner arranged for daily cleaning at a very low charge - which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated. This apartment compares well, in some ways better, than the 5-star hotels. The apartment had been beautifully renovated. A new king size bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quite wake to sounds of birds. Will definitely be back loved the apartment.

Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the service the agent provided, the apartment had problems that never were fixed. 1) poor internet, and ONLY in the living room because of concrete walls; they need repeaters2) oven never worked; requested service 2 different times.3) drinking water deliver was spotty. Not sure why they did'nt provide an extra with each delivery.Nice location. Comfortable beds. NOISY dogs in apartment above; dogs woke us up several nights. GOOD location. The company who managed the property were polite and professional; only thing was they never sent anyone to fix the over (after a quirky event where it worked for 3 mins)

It was clean and we had weekly cleaning provided. The management company was available by email for any requests for water refill etc. We did totally enjoy the restraunts 5 star in proximity and laundry facility just minutes away. A short walk to the beach and of course the famous 5th Avenue. Location was a key factor for our choice and this met all requirements.
