The Space:
Our stylish studio blends comfort and convenience in Playa del Carmen’s sought-after Zazil-ha neighborhood. Just steps from 5th Avenue, you're close to top restaurants, shops, and cafés—Starbucks and local favorite Ah Cacao are just a block away, and Mamitas Beach is a 5-minute walk.
Inside, the bright, thoughtfully designed space features warm details and everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped for simple meals, and the dining bar for two doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace.
Relax in the sitting area with a sofa and coffee table—the sofa converts into a single bed for extra guests. The plush king-size bed and Smart TV offer a cozy spot to unwind, and the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and sleek finishes.

You're staying in one of Playa del Carmen’s most desirable neighborhoods, just steps from iconic 5th Avenue—a pedestrian street filled with shops, restaurants, cafés, open-air malls, and lively nightlife.
The popular Selecto Súper Chedraui is nearby for groceries, and the charming 38th Street—one of the prettiest in town—leads straight to the beach. You’ll also be within walking distance of some of Playa’s best beach clubs, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Getting Around:
The property is about 35 miles (56 km) from Cancun International Airport (CUN), which usually takes around 50 minutes to drive, depending on traffic. It’s always a good idea to check your map app for the most accurate timing. If you’re driving, there’s secure underground parking available at the building. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Please use the safe box for all your valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a door code to enter the building and a code to access the lockbox at the condo to retrieve the keys. The codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
