Perfekte Lage nur 2 Minuten vom ADO Bus Terminal (Verbindung zum CUN Airport) und 1 Minute zum Strand sowie direkt am zentralen Platz von Playa del Carmen. Junior Suiten im 1. und 2. Stock haben einen tollen Ausblick auf den Ozean und den Sonnenaufgang. Großer Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. W-LAN leider nur in der Lobby und am Pool, aber nicht auf den Zimmern. Kaffeemaschine ohne Filter, Kaffee, Zucker und Creamer. Reicht aber zum Wasser heiß machen; also Instant Kaffee etc. selbst mitbringen. Kein Frühstück oder Essen verfügbar, aber in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

nettes basic hotel mit perfekter Lage
Dieses Hotel können wir gut weiterempfehlen. Zwar etwas teuer, da es weder Frühstück noch sonstige Leistungen gibt, aber dafür ist die Lage perfekt! Ob man mit dem Bus aus Cancun kommt (eine Gehminute), zum Strand (eine Gehminute), direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße 5th Avenue (ohne Verkehr). Einziges wirkliches Manko, was aber fast alle zentralen Hotels haben, dass man die Musik der Bars und Clubs bis spät in die Nacht hört.

Das Zimmer war toll. Ein Steinwurf auf die eine Seite ist man am Strand, ein Steinwurf auf die andere Seite hat man all die Restaurants und Bars von Playa.

A great place to stay in PDC, on the main plaza with all of its local daily activity and just steps from both the ADO terminal and the beach. Although the area is bustling, it is quite serene on the large balconies of the oceanfront junior suites. My oceanfront junior suite was very large, a bit spartan but with a gorgeous view and a wonderful breeze when you are on the balcony. Highly recommend.

Stayed in this Hotel from 27 April 2024 to 30 April 2024. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to go back again. Pros - 1. Location: located on Juarez Ave. and 5th Ave, this place is right across Parque Los Fundadores. Its steps to the beach, 5th Ave., ADO Terminal. Very convinient location in terms of transportation, food and nightlife. 2. Hotel Staff: The hotel staff are super kind and helpful. Always greeting you with a smile and assisting you. 3. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the Carribbean sea and Parque Los Fundadores. It had a walkout balcony as well. 4. Safety: We felt very safe at this hotel. There was a locker in the room as well to keep our valuables. The hotel has an iron gate that is closed every night at 12am. We were told that the front desk staff would open it incase we needed to go out. 5. Pool: the hotel has a swimming pool. Small but clean. Its a nice place to cool off after an exhausting day.

Como sabe, contamos con servicio de recepción las 24 horas, y nuestros recepcionistas están capacitados para apoyar con cualquier inconveniente que pudiera tener. En este caso lo ideal era reportar en el momento que estaba teniendo problemas con el servicio de TV para que el recepcionista en turno se acercara a ayudarles.De igual manera le comento que nuestros colchones son ortopédicos y las almohadas son del estándar que se maneja en cuanto a tamaño y volumen.Casa Melissa se distingue por ser un hotel limpio, siendo esta una de nuestras principales cualidades. Durante la noche no se reportó alguna falla eléctrica en las instalaciones ni en ninguna otra habitación.

This hotel is in the middle of the touristic area, and a short walk from the ferry, shopping mall, beach, and stores. It is also close to the ADO station. It is very safe. The hotel was clean and service was good. It can be loud at night depending on events at Parque los fundadores, but relatively quiet after 11pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is conveniently located close to the Ado bus and the ferry however the area is very busy and noisy. You don’t hear the noise in your room but you will when you sit outside. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee. There wasn’t a microwave either and no ice machine. Staff was friendly and we would stay again.

Anniversary Trip
We wanted something close to the beach, well as soon as you walk out the lobby your view is the beach. Great customer service always willing to help. Room was just right for us. Only issue would be if you want to keep drinks cold the fridge was not in good shape, but when the 7-11 is around the corner you just keep going back for another six back. Little set back with the WIFI but was fixed ASAP. Only problem you will have is parking, but they will find a place for you to park, we didn't have that problem because we didn't drive a car. Will be back when we are back in Playa del Carmen.

A clean hotel and relatively quiet, considering it is close to the action. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are driving, be prepared to find parking off-site and walking to this hotel. Also, you can't drive up to this hotel because of the pedestrian only streets; a 200-feet walk from the nearest drop-off spot. I would definitely stay here again.

During check-in, we always ask our guests to go to reception to report any details, such as the door not closing properly. In the case of the safes, they are always kept open before check in, they are not broken, if you want to use them someone from the staff comes to tell you how to configure it and you can store your belongings.At room 203, where you stayed, there are two chairs, that can be used to sit at the balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of Parque Fundadores.We will keep working to improve our service and facilities.

Nice little hotel for a couple of nights. Very clean. Lots of shopping and dining options all around. Right next to the beach. Right around the corner from the ADO bus and the cozumel ferry. Pool looked ok but we didnt use it. Some stuff was a little out dated like actual keys to room. Ocean view rooms had a good view of the ocean and pool and the really ugly lot in between the two.

This is my second visit to this hotel. First of all I don't think they could find my reservation I made through Expedia....months ago but they got me a room. A junior suite so I believe I got a upgrade. This hotel is safe , clean & in a great location. Also a reasonable price. My only complaint is late at night a bunch of drunk girls were in the pool below my room and were too loud!. Staff should of told them to be quiet. I do think I would stay there again though because of all the positive things about it.
