Welcome to Los Castillos, a luxurious vacation rental located in the exclusive Fase 1 Playacar neighborhood. Our spacious home sleeps up to 25 guests and is perfect for large families or groups looking to experience the best of Playa del Carmen.

Located just steps from the beach and a short walk from 5th Ave, Starbucks, shopping, tours, and restaurants, Los Castillos offers the perfect location for your tropical getaway. The house is spread out over three levels, each with its own kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The open air architecture and large balconies allow for a tropical breeze to flow throughout the house, and the rooftop boasts an ocean view and a plunge pool for guests to enjoy. The house is located in a gated community with 24-hour security, ensuring that you can relax and feel safe during your stay.

Step out of your living room and into the front yard pool, which is shared with the other Castillo on the property. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Los Castillos is pet-friendly, with an additional fee of $30 per pet per night.

Other things to note
The apartment does not have a working dishwasher. There is an old one in the house but it does not function.

Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to make a shopping run for groceries at Chedraui or Walmart. Its an easy 2 minute cab ride.
We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest.

*All properties require a security deposit payment after the reservation is booked ($1500usd). This can be made by a full refundable payment of the deposit, or by paying for a nonrefundable insurance policy. ($59usd) This transaction takes place after a reservation has been confirmed and paid and will be separate from the reservation payment. VRBO insurance does not cover this. VRBO insurance is for trip interruption such as flight cancelations etc.

*At Los Castillos, our Cancellation Policy offers a 100% refund for cancellations made 12 months prior to the reservation date, a 75% refund for cancellations made 9-12 months prior, a 50% refund for cancellations made 6-9 months prior, and a 25% refund for cancellations made 3-6 months prior. Please note that cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the reservation date are non-refundable. Our policy reflects our commitment to accommodating large groups, who typically plan their reservations far in advance.”
