The Villa Neratzia is a spacious and thoughtfully designed villa where comfort meets functionality, offering ideal spaces for families and groups.

On the ground floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, featuring queen-size beds, air conditioning, Smart TVs, wardrobes, and private balconies. There is also a small workspace area with a desk and chair, along with a double sofa bed suitable for additional guests. The fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals, while the open-plan living room with a stylish fireplace, large Smart TV, and bright dining area with large sliding glass doors creates a perfect setting for relaxation and shared moments, with direct access to the outdoor area and pool. A guest WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, the impressive master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large terrace with a seating area, ideal for enjoying the view and peaceful moments.

On the lower level, there is a private studio-style space with two single beds joined into a king-size bed, its own bathroom, and a kitchenette. This area is internally connected to the villa while also offering an independent entrance through the patio, providing additional privacy. Fitness equipment, including a treadmill and elliptical machine, is also available on this level.
