Beach chairs, a beach cart, towels, and toiletries were provided. Definitely a top-notch house. Would like to thank the owners and Latitude key for allowing us to stay with them. „Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!“

„This house was great for a group of people to get together and have fun. We loved the pool however we're a little disappointed that the hot tub was not a hot tub. A floor plan would be helpful to get a sense of how the rooms are laid out. The twin bedroom is right off the kitchen with another room beyond it. So, those two people better be friends...it worked for us, but it would be awkward with 2 strangers. The house is so close to the beach, the park and the water taxi. Buy your groceries and ...

„Great place to stay, fabulous views from the balcony. Very clean, spacious. We didn't get to use the beach service or pool due to the weather. Valet parking only for an additional fee. But all the staff was outstanding “
