The town boasts quirky shops, friendly pubs, array of restaurants, world famous theatre, train station and yearly festivals. The area has a wealth of outdoor activities including golfing, walking, climbing, cycling, canoeing, sailing and angling, ornithology, mountain safaris, off-road driving and horse riding. There are numerous places of interest within easy reach to, including distilleries, Black Spout Waterfall, hydroelectric dam and fish ladder, Blair Castle & Castle Menzies, Killiecrankie, Queens View, Atholl Museum, the Crannog Centre and the Enchanted Forest, Scotland’s premier sound and light event.

Enter the charming property from the front garden into the hallway and through to the beautiful light and bright lounge with TV/DVD and wood burner, perfect for cosy nights in after a day out exploring the wonderful local area. Leading back through the hallway you are met with a King size bedroom with TV/DVD, Xbox and a selection of games. A separate WC is located next door. At the end of the hall you will find the spacious dining room, with wood burner and large table perfect for family gatherings. Also, in the dining room is an American style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and coffee machine too. Through from the dining room is the well-equipped 'galley style' kitchen, with electric range oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the beautiful spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Leading through the hallway you will then find the pretty twin bedroom with Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with WC. Finally, the King-size bedroom with additional bunk beds, is perfect for a family or a group of friends, and has access to the Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with WC.

Venture outside to the mature spacious garden with fire pit and seating areas, perfect for al fresco dining or to enjoy a nice glass of wine, a good ale or a wee dram of local whisky. Enjoy the wood fired hot tub. Ample off-road parking is available directly next to the house.

- Coffee Machine, Wine cooler & hand blender in Kitchen
- 2 wood burners – first basket of logs included
- Wood fired hot tub
- Pizza oven - wood is for sale onsite at £20 per basket. Guests are welcome to supply their own
- Ample off-road parking
- Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance
- TV/DVD in lounge, TV/DVD and Xbox in bedroom
- Additional dogs and infants may be considered subject to an additional charge
- Large decking area, perfect for Yoga and other outdoor exercises with stunning views
