Super hotel
Super fint hotel med en hyggelig og meget servicemindet personale. Rengøringen var i top. Dog var sengene meget hårde, så det var en udfordring.

Absolutely superb. Super clean and in excellent condition. One minor thing was that I had to leave early so went for breakfast at 7 sharp and it was not fully ready - would definitely stay again though

Fabulous hotel in perfect location

I have stayed in this fabulous hotel a few times now, and it never lets me down. Clean, quiet, and always friendly/helpful. Pistoia is one of the great unsung gems of Tuscany, and Hotel Patria is part of that.

Prima hotel.
Heerlijk hotel midden in het centrum van Pistoia en toch rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke staff en vriendelijk voor onze hond. Airco werkt maar krijgt het met moeite tot 23 graden gekoeld. Je mag de auto gratis parkeren in de buurt van het hotel. Wel even je kenteken doorgeven want het hotel is gesitueerd binnen de ZTL zone.

Nice hotel not too far from railway station
This was a good base for travelling to Florence, Lucca, Montecatini, etc, which we did by train and was about a ten minute walk from the station. Pistoia is a quiter laid back town, with plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of churches to visit.

Impressed by professional and friendly staff
The hotel became a home for us as we were greeted by helpful and friendly staff at the desk as well as in the breakfast room. We also appreciated quietness of hotel location and luxury of having a veranda off our room. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and famly.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema a trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze, ma quando ci siamo riusciti, grazie al permesso rilasciato dall'hotel abbiamo "dimenticato" l'auto per due giorni, godendoci il centro storico di Pistoia a piedi.

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre historique de Pistoia.Chambre de très belle taille avec de nombreux rangements et un minibar. Literie extrêmement confortable avec un lit à la Française (pas de couette suffocante mais une couverture et de très agréables draps).Salle de bains à deux vasques.Petit déjeuner avec un grand choix de produits de qualité.Le parking est assuré dans les zones bleues de la ville. Vous vous garez à proximité de la Pizza Garibaldi,mettez un peu d'agent dans l'horodateur pour faire le check in. La réception vous donne alors un bon valable pour la durée du séjour à placer en évidence dans le vehicule vous autorisant gratuitement le stationnement résidentiel. Léger bémol sur la propreté des murs(moustique écrasé sous la tv par un occupant précédent) et la plage de la cabine de douche inondée après chaque douche.Rien de bien grave et qui n'altère en rien la qualité du séjour. Mention spéciale également au personnel de réception et du bar du petit déjeuner très chaleureux et professionnel.

We stopped in the day before to ask if it was possible to check in early the next day,the gentlemen that greeted us was extremely friendly and said it would be no problem at all! We arrived the next day and were greeted by a different staff member who said they did not do early check-in, but we could leave our things and she would do her best! We were grateful! We did check in early, however we were placed in a room with broken air conditioning, as we later found out, this was a known problem in the room. At about 3am, we could no longer stand the heat of the room and were transferred to a smaller room which did get nice and cold (only after sweating for hours and having to re-pack all of our things to move)! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with great service. Upon checkout, we asked if we could be compensated for the trouble and were told that if we would have been from the area, we'd understand it's hot out and to expect a hot room. All in all, the issue was rectified, but it took a long and uncomfortable conversation with the host, as if we were in the wrong for being uncomfortable with a broken air conditioner, despite the fact that we'd booked the room well in advance. We were made to feel cheap and out of place which is not the case whatsoever. I would recommend the hotel to others, as the service was mostly great, the location is superb, and breakfast was delicious. We will not be returning to this establishment on our next trip to Pistoia.

solo un week end a Pistoia, ma partendo dall'hotel Patria si è già nel cuore della città e basta poco per visitare i luoghi di maggior interesse passeggiando comodamente. L'ambiente è molto gradevole, le camere confortevoli ed il personale gentilissimo. La colazione è più che completa ed i prodotti, sia da forno che altro, buonissimi Anche la mancanza di parcheggio che poteva costituire un problema si è poi risolto facilmente perchè l'albergo rilascia un permesso per cui si possono liberamente utilizzare tutti i posteggi con le strisce blu (gratuitamente e senza limiti di tempo) e in zona se ne trovano con facilità. Assolutamente consigliato anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Small, but very charming hotel. Pistoia is a small town, but typical Italian old romantic style. The hotel is just 5 minutes from town square, with restaurants where the locals eat and drink till late evening - super cozy.Breakfast nothing special - but fine. I would stay here again next time.

Vi overnattet her en natt bare fordi vi skulle til Roma dagen etterpå. Dette hotellet hadde alt vi trengte og passet oss perfekt med tanke på at vi ville være i nærheten av sentrum i Pistoia og ha fine rom. Patria ligger nesten midt i sentrum av Pistoia, men likevel er den såpass langt unna at du slipper alt maset. Rommene er store, rene og har veldig fine bad. Frokosten på hotellet var bra, hadde alt vi trengte. Folk bak resepsjonen var veldig greie og hjelpfulle. Anbefales på det sterkeste selv om du skal bare overnatte der en natt eller en hel uke.

A taste of gracious living
A recent renovation has been very successful in creating an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. The lighting in the rooms is particularly good and I am pleased to see that they chose more traditional bathroom fittings, in keeping with the historic ambiance of the house. How do the Italian housekeepers maintain such high standards, even in a city centre? The location is central, but quiet.
