• CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT RULES:

- Check-in TIME TO BE AGREED in advance
- Provide DOCUMENTS OF ALL GUESTS BEFORE arrival
- The presentation of the guest after 19:00 without any notice will be considered as NO SHOW
- EARLY CHECK-IN: it is possible to leave the luggage from 12:30, waiting for the preparation of the apartment which will take place by 15:00, only if previously communicated and agreed
- LATE CHECK-IN from 19:00 is possible only if previously agreed
- CHECK-OUT by 10:00

- TOURIST TAX equal to 4% of the rental amount to be paid in cash upon arrival

- STAMP TAX of € 2 per stay to be paid in cash upon arrival
