„We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. “

„The property is in an awesome location. It's just a couple minute walk to all of the attractions of state line. Not having to pay for parking at the casinos was great. You can also walk to the Lakeside dock area to go to the beach, rental stores, or restaurants. „Great place, very peaceful and nice big yard for my pups to play. Big comfortable beds. Nice antique furniture pieces throughout the house. The best for us was the tip on taking a trail walkable from the house, down to the upper Truckee river. Beautiful weather helped make it a great stay.“

„Lovely home. Easily accommodated our family of 16. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Nice 5 minute walk to the river. Beware - A bear did break into our truck. A bear paw print (picture attached) was noted on the truck near the door handle, and a flip flop left by the front door was found inside the truck. No damage inside, as there was nothing inside the truck. “

„The amenities were super great, but the unique personal touches to make sure you had everything needed, from cooking to laundry and showers was the best! There was even a clean high chair for our 2 year old! The games were great for family fun and everything was so beautiful! Beds were comfy, central air conditioning was so great...even one control just for upstairs. We wish we could've stayed there for a month!“

„We had a womdeful time at this property. Enough for us to spread out. It is a quiet street and we even saw a bear walking down the street. I have on suggestion and will not take off a star, but it may be a good idea to put some type of safety rail in the downstairs bathroom. That beautiful tub is deep and is a bit difficult to get out if a bit on the shorter side. Otherwise this property was perfect for us. Thank you.“
