„This is my Colorado mountain dream home! What a lovely home tucked away in the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. “

„We stayed for one night after we attended a concert at Red Rocks. We found the decor to be very pleasant. All rooms are comfortable. Would stay again. The home has a nice vibe!“

„Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!“

„Saw shows over the weekend at red rocks. Best band in the land, Widespread Panic. Fantastic location. No A/C in July was not an issue. Will be back!“

„We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property!“

„Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. “

„The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! “

„Beautiful, updated rustic cabin. Penny's cabin is absolutely wonderful. It is set in a private, quiet spot that you take a beautiful little drive to get to. It is by far the cleanest most well stocked kitchen we have stayed in while renting out. We highly recommend!“

„Great location, big house and big yard. They have an area to keep dogs in and a larger area for them to run around. The house was clean and had anything you would need with grocery stores close by. The only issue was with the WiFi, while using the house WiFi I ran into https issues, if you don’t need WiFi for work this house is perfect. If you do need WiFi for work I was able to connect to an Xfinity hotspot. “

„Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer. “

"There is not much to complain about, as the room was ok. However, unfortunately our room (101) had a bed smell and the air cond was very loud. I would not recommend to stay there for more than one night. Breakfast was included, however it was very limited to very basic products, like waffles and muffins. Positive aspects: close to historical part of Georgetown, nice leasure room with wide offering of games, close to shop, good and cheap loundry"

"Typisches Holiday Inn. Sehr sauberes großes Zimmer. Großes Bad mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel. Check in mit kleinen Problemen wegen deren Kreditkartengerät. Restaurant im Hotel okay mit sehr netter Bedienung. "

"Wir haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und waren zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Es war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig, Kühlschrank, A/C, Mikrowelle. Ganztags Kaffee in der Lobby. Ein schöner Pool und Hottub, allerdings könnte hier öfter mal sauber gemacht werden (z.B. Blätter aus dem Pool entfernen). Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstüre, wir konnten unsere Nachbarn tagsüber oftmals deutlich hören, Nachts war es jedoch ruhig. Das Zimmer war einmal ein Raucherzimmer, man hat es noch leicht gerochen und die Vorhänge waren etwas vergilbt, das könnte mal erneuert werden und bei der Zimmerreiniung z.B. Raumspray verwenden. Ansonsten hat aber alles gepasst, wir waren zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen,"
