„The neighbor hood is very nice. We walked up and down the street and stopped for ice cream. Wish we would have got to eat at the Mexican right across the street. The house is awesome! Betty was great and even set up a cot for an extra bed. The house had everything we needed. We loved the history of the house and enjoyed staying in an older home that was perfectly maintained. „We needed a 1 level home for a getaway to visit one of our favorite vineyards, Jolo, which was only 3 minutes away. I was on crutches with a broken ankle, and this home met my needs perfectly. Clear access to all areas if the home. A perk--when we arrived, there was a deer in the backyard--such a beautifully peaceful setting!“

„Hosts were very communicative. Proximity to everything is within walking distance, although it rained while we were there so we decided to drive and park. „We loved this property. It was perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs. The property was the cleanest pet friendly place we have ever stayed. It is conveniently located to the touristy places we wanted to visit. The hosts, Betty and Jerry, were very friendly. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations. The property had everything that we needed from free WIFI to excellent parking to any forgotten toiletries. We highly recommend this property!“

„Nice small cottage built in 1930. Great decor.“

„I have stayed in a lot of different homes and can't always give a 5 star rating but this homes deserves more than 5 stars. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and Betty would check to see if we needed anything. We sat out on the carport watching the rain and storm and it was BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely recommend this home to my family and friends. I will be going back down to Mount Airy and will plan my trip to stay here again.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed it.“

„What a magical property. We had a blast spending time exploring this property, floating on our paddles boards, a day trip to Fairy Stone State Park. The place is very well kept and equipped with everything you made need. It was the most peaceful sleep with a comfy bed and the roar of the waterfall. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!“
