„Sally's Cottage ist ein Traum. Die Lage perfekt - top Wohngegend! Es ist wirklich einfach alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sally ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sogar für den Willkommens Kaffee war alles vorbereitet. Kommunikation mit ihr top. Für eine Familie mit 3 Teenagern etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.“

„Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! “

„Perfect location for me because it was quiet and private. This is a unique and beautiful neighborhood bordering BLM forest. This small home has a very comfortable floorplan, beds, seating and great amenities. Loved the kitchen appliances. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. “

„This little bungalow is clean, quiet and very comfortable. We happened to be there during the most amazing lightning storm which was great to view from the wide deck. The air conditioning was such a great amenity after having a lot of sun exposure. The property was a little off the beaten path, so I might not recommend staying here if you need to constantly do activities in downtown grass valley, yuba river, nevada city and need to go home frequently for naps, work, or outfit changes. „Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. “
