„Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic.“

„The house was amazing. Clean and very well kept property. The hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with, not to mention they own the bar and restaurant right next door. The food was delicious, and for breakfast, they offer a breakfast buffet. There is also an AMAZING sno cone (best sno cone I ever had) and ice cream joint within walking distances. „Ashley was a wonderful host. She responded to all questions promptly and had plenty of information on Hatfield McCoy trails near the house. She left a list of nearby restaurants and SXS repair shops. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.“

The only true downside to the property is the parking and location to stores and restaurants, but if you are familiar with the area, like us, then you already know what to expect. We very much appreciated that there is a decent place to stay in that area of Kentucky!“
