Discover the Ajaccio region and stay in this beautiful air-conditionned villa surrounded by a Corsican pine forest, with family or friends! Spacious and bright, this pied-à-terre is located near the beaches, Ajaccio and all amenities.
The house of 100 m², spread over 2 levels, has a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, a second bathroom as well as a large garden and a terrace to enjoy the sun! Bed linen and towels provided.

The villa:
The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A bright lounge area with a corner sofa that converts into a sofa bed for 1 person, a coffee table, a TV and DVD player as well as access to the terrace!
- A dining area with a table for up to 6 guests and access to the terrace.
- An open kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, cookware, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- A large bathroom with a shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Ground floor:
- Bedroom 2: 2 pull-out single beds (sleeps 4) with a portable fan, large wardrobes, as well as access to the garden through a large bay window.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), cot and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- A large garden of 2500 m² dedicated to your accommodation with garden furniture! This space is located within a one hectare site, enclosed and shared with the second house on the site.
- A large west-facing terrace with a splendid view of the Corsican pine forest, as well as an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a meal in the sun!

- The house is air-conditioned/heated via a reversible air-conditioning heating system in all rooms.
- A supplement may be requested by the concierge in case of arrival after 8pm or departure before 8am
- Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.

- Pets accepted for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
