Great service, phenomenal attention to details and great material in the rooms.
The only drew back is the food , which is mediocre at best, but since you are in London, there are more than enough options to dine out.

„Wow super location with easy walking to Bond and Oxford streets. Also easy walk to Buckingham palace. Many Small cozy Pubs restaurants dot the neighborhood. They don’t show up on the internet but they are there. This is a Vintage property that is well kept, clean but has its quirks too. The reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of tea, coffee and cookies provided. Would stay there again. “

„Das Zimmer war sehr klein, obwohl es sich Deluxe schimpft. Das Fenster ist ebenso sehr klein. Auf dem Weg vom Bad zum Bett sind zwei Stufen, was nachts sehr gefährlich ist.
Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung mit Ausnahme des kosmetikspiegels, der unbeleuchtet ist. Das Bad hatte nur eine Dusche und keine Badewanne. Ein solches Hotel sollt beides haben.
Einen Preis von über 500 € passt Preis/Leistung nicht.“

The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. "Die Lage ist einzigartig, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Westminster Abbey und Big Ben. Ein U-Bahn Anschluss ist sogar noch näher. Das Hotel ist eine tolle Wahl für einen City Trip. Die Zimmer sind klein aber modern, ruhig und hygienisch. Das Frühstück konnte reichhaltiger sein. Als Kaffeeliebhaber sollte man Hotelkaffee aber meiden ;-) Jederzeit wieder. "

Leider kann man die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen und somit konnten wir nicht lüften. Die Sauberkeit innerhalb der Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Den Lärm von den Straßen oder vorm Gebäude hat man leider sehr deutlich gehört. Dafür hat man von anderen Zimmern nichts mitbekommen.
Der Empfang war Mega hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. All in all kann man das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen. "

"Das Hotel verdient keine 4* Im Zimmer war sehr schlechte Luft und keine Möglichkeit Fenster zu öffnen. Sidebiard hatte kapute Schubladen,
der Safe war auch kaputt, nach 2 Tagen wurde ein neus gebracht und so tief platziert, dass man nur liegend benutzen konnte.
Zwei Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Nachdem wir mehere Stunden unterwegs waren, so gegen 16 Uhr klopfte der Manager an der Tür und fragte ob es sauber bei uns ist .
Allerdings nach unserer Meldung(kurz vor der Abreise) wurde alles repariert.
Frühstuck war gut, Personal freundlich und das Beste war die Lage des Hotels. Wir konnten viel einfach zu Fuß erreichen.
Eine Information für die Gäste. Gleich bei der Ankunft sind wir, aufgefordert worden 50£ mit Credit Card zu bezahlen, es sollte nacher erstattet werden"
