The surrounding area offers a wealth of choice, with Pinarello’s trio of beaches and seafront restaurants just a short drive away, alongside quieter coves such as Fautea and Tarcu within easy reach. Watersports, swimming in inland rock pools and more adventurous pursuits such as canyoning, mountain biking or the Tyroliana high ropes course add further appeal. This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) features an open-plan ground-floor living and dining area with a wifi-enabled Smart TV and sliding doors to the terrace. The adjoining kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, with a separate utility room housing a washing machine. Also on this level are a double bedroom (140cm bed) opening to the terrace, a twin bedroom (90cm beds) with an en-suite shower room (no WC) and terrace access, a second shower room (no WC), and a separate WC. The first floor has an open double bedroom (160cm bed) with an en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, and access to a decked terrace.
