Welcome to our beautiful apartment located inside an ancient historic tower, a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, perfect for anyone looking for a truly relaxing stay.

The real highlight of the apartment? Staying inside an authentic historic tower, surrounded by nature and far from the noise of the city, where the atmosphere is completely peaceful.

As you enter, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living room, where original historic frescoes blend with modern furnishings and carefully curated details, creating a unique atmosphere that tells the story of the building while offering all the comforts of today. Every detail has been designed to make you feel at home, in a clean, bright, and well-organized space.

Whether you’re in Piacenza for work, a romantic getaway, or to explore the city and its surroundings, this is your ideal retreat.

LOCATION: surrounded by nature and tranquility, just 5 minutes from Piacenza. You can easily reach cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions. For breakfast, we recommend “Bar Statale,” a 10-minute walk away, open from 6:30 AM.

OPEN-PLAN LIVING ROOM: spacious, bright, and elegant, tastefully furnished. You’ll find a large dining table with six comfortable designer chairs, a two-person sofa bed, a study/work area, and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and the main streaming platforms.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: completely stocked with a kettle, Bialetti coffee maker, oven, appliances, and everything you need to cook, from a quick breakfast to dinner with friends.

BEDROOM (ground floor): cozy and bright, with a large, comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation.

SECOND BEDROOM (upper floor): with a queen bed that can be converted into two separate twin beds, ideal for families or groups with different sleeping needs, plus a second spacious and bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

THIRD BATHROOM: there is also a third bathroom to provide maximum comfort when the apartment is occupied by up to 6 guests.

LINENS: towels in 3 sizes, sheets, blankets, and all essential items are included with your stay.

PARKING: free and available directly on the property.

**Guest access**
The apartment is located on the third floor. The elevator is temporarily under maintenance and is therefore unavailable.

For reservations for 2 guests, one queen bed is prepared by default.
If guests prefer to sleep in separate beds or would like to use the additional sleeping area on the upper floor, there is an additional fee of €50 per stay for setup, extra linens, and cleaning of the area.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance so that we can prepare the apartment in the best possible way.

**Other things to note**
The apartment will be entirely available to guests.

Before check-in, all guests will be required to submit their identification documents digitally through an external website for security purposes.

SUPPLIES: The apartment includes sheets and towels for each guest, so please make sure to select the correct number of guests. We also provide an initial supply only of:

* Toilet paper
* Personal hygiene products (shampoo, body wash, and conditioner)
* Dishwashing kit (1 set including sponge, dish towel, and dish soap)
* Coffee pods and a selection of teas and herbal teas

Once the complimentary initial supply runs out, guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need.

NON-SMOKING APARTMENT: To ensure a clean and comfortable environment, the apartment is completely non-smoking.

WASHER AND DRYER INCLUDED: The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays or for guests who prefer to travel light.

FAST AND FREE WIFI: Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work or leisure.

SELF CHECK-IN: Thanks to self check-in, you can manage your arrival time with complete freedom and convenience.

KEYS: Please return the keys in proper condition at check-out. In case of loss, a €50 replacement fee will apply.
