Das Resort ist hervorragend gelegen und kombiniert Strand und Stadt perfekt miteinander. Alle Ausflüge sind von hier aus super durchführbar. Negativ ist, dass die Zimmer extrem in die Jahre gekommen sind. Und die Balkontüren sind nicht richtig abgesichert.

Das L'Azure hat eine sehr gute Lage: Direkt am Strand, an der Hauptstraße und dennoch sehr ruhig. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur wenige Gehminuten in die Stadt (Nightmarket). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und spricht zumeist brauchbar englisch. Der Hotelstrand ist sauber / gepflegt, zu Stoßzeiten kann es jedoch sein, dass keine Liegen mehr frei sind. Leider ist Phu Quoc - wie ganz Vietnam - sehr dreckig, Umweltschutz spielt keine erkennbare Rolle. Das Meer wirkt trübe, es stinkt mal mehr mal weniger intensiv "fischig", teilweise auch ekelhaft nach Fäkalien. Das Meer ist voll mit Plastik und sonstigen Dreck, auch wenn sich die meisten Hotels - auch das L'Azure - sichtlich bemühen, den Strand sauber zu halten. Das Hotel ist voll mit Vertretern aus den Ostblockstaaten, vornehmlich Russen, aber auch Koreaner. Auf ein weniger zivilisiertes Verhalten an Tisch und generell muss man sich daher einstellen. Die Anlage selbst wirkt sehr gepflegt, ist weitläufig, schön. Man kümmert sich sichtlich. Das Zimmer groß, geräumig, sauber. Guter Service. Das Alter merkt man, eine Renovierung / Sanierung darf nicht mehr allzu lange auf sich warten. Der Pool ist groß, hat jedoch leider kaum Meerblick (kein edler Infinity Pool). Er wirkt wenig modern. Auch die Restaurants wirken alt und ein wenig trist, man nutzt die Meernähe nicht. Frühstück stark asiatisch, solide. Kostenloser Airport Shuttle. Man bucht 4 Sterne, die bekommt man auch!

Super relaxing resort and couldn’t ask for anything more. Service was amazing and plenty of options at the buffet. Pool was clean. Quick access to the beach and sunbathing beds is a huge plus. Perfect for a getaway and centrally located on phụ quốc.

We absolutely loved our stay at L'Azure. The team did absolutely everything they could take make sure our stay was as lovely and relaxing as we'd hoped. Beautiful location and amenities, great breakfast and only a short walk in to town or further up long beach to other restaurants/bars. We would highly recommend L'Azure as we found it to be a great more 'natural' haven away from the large resorts, but while still very much being in amongst everything else.

Beach was beautiful and quiet in the day but the beach club next door is incredibly loud on weekends. Our room was vibrating from the bass for hours. We had the room with the private pool and it was a perfect oasis with tons of room. Resort food wasn’t great so it’s best to leave for meals

Absolute gem of a hotel and location
L'Azure was an absolutely wonderful hotel to stay. We stayed 7 nights and found all staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful. L'Azures is in the best location along this stretch of beach and access to the sand and ocean was 2nd to none. Whether it is a romantic or just a getaway to relax, it is hard to beat this hotel. Hoping to get back again in the not too distant future.

The resort itself is fine, but the beach side rooms are plagued by constant super loud house music from 6 am to midnight with a few breaks from the neighboring bar. Don't expect any sleep during your stay. Can't recommend.

First, I will give credit where it’s due. The property is nice, the beach is fantastic, the breakfast buffet was good, and the rooms are nice, clean and air conditioned. The hotel is centrally located, which is helpful if you’re a person who walks everywhere. The staff at the front desk, and the ladies in the restaurant were excellent. However, I cannot give a good review for this stay. On two separate occasions I was harassed by the security staff on the beach and was loudly told “only guests” were welcome on the property or to use the beach chairs. My key card was not enough proof for them to believe I was actually staying there. I was embarrassed in front of the other guests and it really ruined my holiday. The manager was informed and did personally apologize. The mosquitos in my room were irritating. My legs are marked all up after 3 nights staying there. For some odd reason the gym was always locked even though it was supposed to be open, and I had to go to the restaurant in my gym clothes to ask for someone to open it. Considering everything, I would not stay here again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. One day I ate breakfast by myself and the staff inquired if I would like to take food back to my wife and 1 year-old son. Later in the morning while taking photos on the grounds, the owner inquired if she would like food brought to the room. Very exceptional customer service. The staff always made sure to say hello. Reserved the beachfront bungalow with private pool and the room looked exactly like the photos. Beautiful room with a lot of room and great views. Great location for a short walk to the night market.Unfortunately, many of the restaurants and cafes in the area were closed due to the current virus.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Good location to access Night Market and Airport. Easy access to the beach is plus. You can enjoy the sunset view lying on a beach lounge chair. Regards to the hospitality, it may be good or bad, a local standard in Vietnam. staffs are friendly, but cannot expect as much as you think in the ones in other luxury hotels. For the room service of the hotel, it would be pricy considering the quality of the dishes and services. The address of the hotel might be a bit confusing with another location on the same street. It's still close to each other, but actually it's different, few minutes by walk. Better to make sure the location with the driver when you take a ride. Free-shuttle bus service from/to the airport was good help for convenience. I guess, because of the recent corona virus situations, not many Asian people stayed here.

Great location, clean and comfy
Really liked this hotel. Location is very good, plenty of restaurants close by, walking distance to nightmarket and still felt like it's very quiet and serene at the resort. Hotel staff is friendly but we had some problems as they do not necessarily speak english, communication was quite hard sometimes. eg. pool was closed for one whole day and same thing next morning. It was difficult to find out what is going on as there were no signs or information by the pool but when you tried to go for a swim, someone would come running and just yell no-no! They also had some sunbeds (not enough, I'm afraid) by the beach but they were occupied already 8am with people who only showed up 2 hrs later. Breakfast buffet was really abundant with warm and cold options, omelette station, salads, bread, fruits, tropical juices etc. Scooter rental was also very easy with help from staff. Our room was nice and superclean, they had lots of nice small details, own flip-flops and a beach bag in case you don't have your own. Nice touch! Will definitely come back here, everything worked out fine. Language barrier is the only thing they could maybe solve at L'Azure, I would appreciate that!

Good service yet max 2 nights stay
A wide spread of choices for breakfast however quantity is limited and never get refilled (even 1 hour before BF closes). A bit disappointed. Described to have 2 restaurants and 2 bars, yet the same menu is served. Good services, staff at restaurant, spa and reception are very nice and helpful. Drainage and water pressure in room - a bit weak. A lot of dining options just outside the resort which is good. Cochinchine just next door is recommended. The resort is <50% occupied, yet so difficult to find a sunbath chair on the beach.

라주르에서 2박3일 아쉬웠던 2박3일
오늘부터 2박 3일 패밀리 커넥팅 룸 말이 필요 없습니다 리조트 입구에서부터 룸까지 직원들의 친절이 쏟아집니다 이른 체크인 웰컴 드링크 시원한 수건 행복입니다^^ 수영장에는 안전요원이 항시 대기하고 있으며, 직접 비치 타올도 가져다 줍니다 수영장 주변과 해변 그리고 썬베드는 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다 해변을 마주하고 있는 라주르 리조트 내 레스토랑에서 노을을 맞으며 저녁 식사를 했습니다 직원들의 친절과 웃음, 맛있는 음식에 또 한번 감탄 음식값은 4인 기준 한국의 아웃백 스테이크 하우스와 비슷하며, 맛은 아웃백보다 좋다는.. 우리 가족의 입맛입니다 오늘 하루 우리 가족은 굿입니다^^ 해변이 보이는 2층 레스토랑에서 아침 조식으로 푸꾸옥의 마지막 날인 2019년 10월 07일 오늘을 시작합니다 역시나 직원분들의 친절이 넘쳐 흐릅니다 가족여행으로 여러 나라의 호텔과 리조트를 다녀 봤지만, 푸꾸옥의 라주르 리조트가 베스트 오브 베스트인 듯 합니다 푸꾸옥의 5성급인 노보텔 빈펄 베스트웨스턴보다 더 낫다는 우리 가족, 조식으로 프리미엄 메뉴 4개 중 1개 선택 주문 가능합니다 우리 가족은 역시나 씨푸드 볶음밥^^ 조식을 맛있게 먹고 로비가서 환전하고 방에 왔는데, 우렁각시(하우스키핑)께서 또 다녀 가셨네요 라주르의 또 다른 강점이라고 한다면, 하우스키핑을 수시로 해주신다는 점

What a great stay at Phu Quoc Island
We have a great time on Phu Quoc. The L'azure Resort is a new hotel on the Phu Quoc Island owned by Sasco. The staff is doing everything to make you feel happy and relax during the stay. To be honest you may sometimes forget that you are on the Phu Quoc Island :) The view from the room is great, and the room itself is clean (wow they make up your room twice a day).
