„We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.“

His instructions on how to check in and out were very clear and easy to follow.Inside the property was very clean. Bed linen and towels were very neat and clean too. „Stay was just as advertised. Only hiccup was getting the keys, we were told in the instructions a code to a lock box would be sent on the day of the arrival. However when we got to the house we had still not received an email. We instead had to drive to the O’Brien office. Luckily we just made it within open business hours as I’m not sure how they would have been able to solve that.“
