„We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.“

„Great property, kids loved it. Only negative is not adequate heating/cooling, bedrooms had none and it was freezing, and couldn’t use portable heaters due to small children (they get very hot to touch).“

„Place was great and would stay here again. Didn't realise it didn't have a dishwasher though lol. Place was freezing when we arrived so crancked the split system up and needed oil heaters in bedrooms which sorted the chill out. Will stay here again for sure.“

„We enjoyed our 2 night stopover to check out Phillip Island. The house was clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all you need including a washing machine and dryer. The game room was a hit with the end of the day unwind. The stairs are great outside although it did make it a bit harder to get stuff from the car in the rain. But easier to prevent the little one falling down them. The view was amazing and we even got to see the whales from upstairs. And having lorikeets visit ...

„We had a lovely weekend staying at your property, enjoyed the firepit on the cool evenings. The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants.“
