Welcome to Apartment 3 at Black Palm, an intimate, peaceful, and modern residence comprising 6 apartments. The property offers a calm and secure environment in Indigo Bay, an exclusive neighborhood with 24-hour security, just 15 minutes from Juliana Airport.

The apartment, modern and tastefully furnished, is spread over 3 levels. Upon arrival, you enter living area wich include:

- Fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher)

The living area is welcoming and comfortable, with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and relaxation space with a connected TV—ideal for unwinding in the evening. From the living room, you can access a the patio with a dining area perfect for drinking something outdoor.

The beautiful spiral staircase leads you to the sleeping area on the middle floor of the three, which includes 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower or bathtub and a sink, and each with a terrace offering sea views.

Between the two bedrooms, in the hallway, there is a WC with a sink, easily accessible to guests in both bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Going up to the top floor, you will be welcomed by the stunning Master Bedroom. Its large windows overlooking the sea and pool make the room bright and unique. For maximum comfort, the Master Bedroom also includes a shower, sink, WC, and a bathtub—perfect for a relaxing bath in complete privacy.
