„Very pleasant stay and very accommodating host. Property looked just like in the pictures. Quiet property and friedly neighborhood. Street parking but there was always a spot right by the house. Our dog was with us and enjoyed his stay too! Our host was very responsive to our questions. Check in was easy! We'll definitely consider staying here again when back in Philly!“

„We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak ...

„Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door ...

„Amanda was a gracious and lovely host.Her house is a home away from home.The decor is beautiful, she had everything we needed and it was walking distance from a few restaurants,an AMAZING Pie Spot called Susie’s Pie and Coffee Shop(you MUST GO IF YOU BOOK HERE),as well as a supermarket and Wawa.Her backyard was our favorite spot to conjure after our outings.We hope to rebook here again!“
