„Very clean cottage with a prefect view of Seneca Lake. The cottage is about 4 miles from Hobart and William Smith College. The only negative is the showers don’t have grab bars and the steps are tricky for those with mobility issues. There was one other oddity with the mirror over the bathroom sink. Many will need a step stool to be able to use it since it is very high up on the wall. Otherwise, perfect!“

„The location was absolutely beautiful! We had plumbing issues which Steve was helpful with. We were quite disappointed to see the dock was broken. You can’t control weather though. All in all it was a nice stay. Steve was very accommodating.“

„There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels ...
