„Great place to go after a hectic day with family. All the comforts of home and none of noise of staying in a hotel. The host was very quick to respond to every question and very accommodating. Bless his heart I changed my start date at the last minute without difficulty. I also early on extended my stay by one day because of a family outting and he was very accommodating. Then I had to leave abruptly due to problems at home and forgot a power cord and he agreed to mail it to me graciously. What ...

„We had a great time! Our expectations were exceeded everywhere, the house, the dock, the outdoor patio, everywhere. The house was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The gas grill that connected to the gas line was so convenient, no need to worry about needing a propane exchange. The dock had plenty of seating and space, it’s where we spent the majority of our time. We would absolutely book this house again!“

„This is a great place for a big group. We had 2 couples and 4 individuals. Plenty of space from everyone. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and the proximity to windrock park and all the normal amenities is great.“

„Love the amount of room for parking ours Jeeps and truck and trailer. We had 7 guys each of us was able to have our own bed. The yard is huge. Nice having the extra room in the basement. Will definitely stay again hopefully a yearly thing.“

„This property was an awesome find! There was 5 adults and 2 dogs and it felt like we still had so much room! Very nice appliances, and the beds were super comphy! Will definitely be booking again if we stay in Knoxville again! “

„Great property. As listed. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well stocked. Loveseat in living room very comfortable but couch well worn and felt lumpy to sit on. Large wrap around porch and rocking chairs were nice to enjoy since the weather was cool. Would suggest blowing off porch and knocking down spider webs at doors before guests arrive but I understand the owner was out of town when we checked in. Just a nice suggestion for the future.“

The setup was ideal for a large family. Great cooking equipment including pots, pans, and dishes.
