With its paintings depicting Réunion Island and the ‘lontan’ board games that marked their childhood, it was with great affection that the owners decided to call the property Ti Kaz Nono, in a nod to Réunion Island culture and to perpetuate the memory of their native grandmother, whose affectionate name was Nono.

THE LIVING ROOM
The spacious, light-filled living room boasts an uninterrupted view of the ocean. It has a comfortable sofa, a large TV screen set in elegant custom-made furniture, and a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Its user-friendly central island and abundant storage give this living space a practical yet pleasant atmosphere.

THE BEDROOMS
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms with large storage cupboards, one with a double bed (140x190cm) and two with queen-size beds (160x200cm). The master suite has its own private shower room and access to an open-air patio.
In the corridor, a second bathroom with double washbasin and two separate WCs complete this space. Finally, for optimum comfort, a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning kit is available.

OUTSIDE
Make the most of the tropical climate with a spacious veranda, ideal for meals and relaxing in the shade, facing the horizon. Then indulge in the large infinity pool, the comfortable sun loungers on the travertine terrace, and the cosy lounge area with its soft armchairs on the wooden deck to enjoy a coffee at sunrise or an aperitif at sunset.

Finally, to make your stay even more enjoyable, there's a petanque court just below the campsite, where you can enjoy a lively game of boules against a sumptuous sea view. For those who love grilled meats, there's a gas barbecue to tempt your taste buds.

SWIMMING POOL
This is a salt water, overflowing swimming pool measuring 6mx3m and 1m40 deep. It is heated during the austral winter, from May to October, so you can enjoy it all year round. For everyone's safety, it is also secured by an alarm.
