The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, solarium, washing machine and dryer, barbecue and outdoor shower, kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, tv, safe, iron and ironing board.

Villa
D`Aria is just above the sea level, it`s surrounded by the lush
vegetation of Gargano and it`s in a privileged position. From the big terrace, you can enjoy an extraordinary view and get a tan on the beach beds.
The porch is partly covered and furnished as an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a beautiful view. Moreover, you can easily arrive at the beach of the Procinisco bay by using the staircase. The villa is also equipped with outdoor shower and laundry room.
Villa D`Aria is on two floors. On the lower floor there is the living room with sofa bed, the kitchen and the full bathroom with two sinks. The inner staircase takes to the upper floor, that consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with bunk bed and another full bathroom.

D`Aria is in a panoramic and privileged position in the area of San
Nicola, just outside Peschici. The city centre with its services, among
the most beautiful Apulian holiday destinations in the area of Gargano,
is 2 kilometers away.
The coast is characterized by small lovely
beaches, where there ofter are beach establishments and high cliffs.
Vieste is 20 kilometers away. The nature lovers will enjoy the forest.

D`Aria is 350 meters away from the restaurant Al Trabucco da Mimì,
winner of the Gargano edition of the famous Alessandro Borghese`s tv
program "4 Ristoranti" that is especially ideal for a cocktail at dusk. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor of the bedrooms.
- From May, 15th until September 15th the owner of the Villa, who also handles the beach establishment by the house, can provide (with additional fee) the beach service with umbrella and beach beds, for the guests of this property. The beach can be reached on foot by using the staircase near the estate.
