„Anfangs war alles ok. Man hat uns sogar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, weil die Klimaanlage im ersten Zimmer fast ganz auseinandergebrochen war. Da auf der Frontpage das Hotel mit einem swimmingpool wirbt, gingen wir davon aus dass dies zum Standard gehört. Umso mehr waren wir erstaunt, dafür zahlen zu müssen. Hinzu kommt, dass der Herr von der Rezeption dies zur Ruhezeit mittags bei uns erst telefonisch und dann sogar persönlich an der Zimmertür einforderte. Fehlende Freundlichkeit kam noch ...
