„We found everything that we needed quite easily and felt that the house was stocked very well including lots of little things that are not always thought of by hosts (toothpaste, dental floss, soaps, steamer for clothes etc.) The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the double-sided fireplace - so cozy! „We came into town for one night to tour the University with our daughter. The apartment was very spacious and clean. My daughter loved having her own room and washroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to make breakfast in the morning before checking out. The location is great - it is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the University and restaurants. The only issue we had was that the coffee maker didn't seem to be working, so we bought some instant coffee.“

So it's extremely convenient to leave your car permanently parked at the property-provided spot in rear of home and head-out on foot. The listing advertised two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds; however, the actual setup was two king-sized beds, one double bed, and two single beds. „House was a nice large space to accommodate our needs and convenient location to what we wanted to do. Tractor came each day to plow the driveway so we didn't have to dig out of the snow. We did have some issues with the August Stay app but Tamer was quick to answer our call and we were able to work out the problem. The house wasn't horribly dirty but it wasn't the cleanest. „Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by a bag of dog feces on the welcome mat. Im sure that wasnt from the property owner. There was construction debris all over the side and rear yard. Lots of nail filled lumber and chunks of wall substrate and drywall board. Took it upon ourselves to gather it up. Upon entering the home we found the furniture was falling apart. „This was a good location; only 10 minutes from the downtown. The house was in pretty good condition and we appreciated having the 4 bedrooms. Linens were good and beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not informed before our stay, which we had booked several months ago, that there were other occupants in the basement of the house.
