Beautiful family home in the heart of Westminster! You will love the modern vibes, space & convenience this family home offers. Offering to the downstairs the master bedroom & en-suite, study nook, and open plan kitchen, dining & living, and laundry. Cute-as-a-button courtyard with incredible tropical wall mural & outdoor setting. Upstairs you will find a relaxing seating area, bedrooms 2 & 3, and the main bathroom. WHAT YOU`LL LOVE...



- Stand-alone home located in a complex comprising of three (3) townhouses. This property is located at the front of the complex meaning no shared driveway to access the property.



- Parking is easy and you will have access to two (2) car bays to the double garage and two bays to the open driveway. You will be provided with one (1) garage remote to access the garage parking.



- Private entrance through two large beautiful wooden doors.



- As soon as you enter the home, you will be welcomed by the front entrance showcasing the staircase and open-plan living to the rear of the home.



- There is a shoppers door entrance to the left of the front entry making access to and from the garage easy!



- The master bedroom is located downstairs and to the right of the front entrance. The space offers a beautiful queen bed, bedside table & lamp on the right-hand side, and a wardrobe for your belongings. You will also have access to your own private en-suite offering a shower, mirror, sink/vanity, and toilet. There is a split system in this space to keep you warm or cool all year round!



- Located under the staircase is a handy use of space - a study nook offering a desk, lamp & chair - perfect for the student or business traveler!



- The open-plan kitchen, dining & lounge, is light, bright & airy! This space is comfortable and is perfect for the whole family!



- The kitchen is modern & spacious. Offering a full-sized fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave (located inside the pantry), toaster, kettle & Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother. The kitchen comes fully stocked & equipped, perfect for short or long stays!



- Located off the kitchen you will find the laundry room providing a dryer, front loader washing machine, trough, separate toilet & access to the outside clothesline via the sliding door.



- Lovely dining space with rectangular dining table and 6 chairs. The console table & round mirror serves as a beautiful feature in this space.
