Dear Larry We are sorry we were not able to host you at Rosebridge House. Based on the reservation for two adults, we had arranged to provide you with a complimentary upgrade into a superior room. On your arrival, we were surprised you were accompanied by two small children; unfortunately due to our "no children policy" for the comfort of all our guests, we were unable to accommodate you and your two children. We hope you were able to contact Expedia to find suitable accommodation. Best regards Pete and Julia
