very good location, directly opposite a very long promenade along the beautiful beach, Rottnest Island can be seen from the hotel, 15min walk takes to the train station, several restaurants are in proximity

Top Lage
Das Hotel bietet ein sehe gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und ist trotzdem eins der günstigsten Hotels im Ort. Die Zimmer sind sehe großzügig und verfügen über eine kleine Kochnische mit großem Kühlschrank. Das Mobiliar ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Für Autofahrer gibt es einen kostenlosen, überdachten Parkplatz.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand von Cottesloe. Der Transperthbus hält sofort vor dem Hotel. Super Pub und gutes Restaurant (Frühstück). Ein unbedingtes MUSS wenn mal Perth kommt. 👍👍👍

Very spacious, clean room. Straight at the beach!

This is a very old tired hotel with lift out of order intermittently as well as carpets that were thin, stained and had ripples in the hallway . Basic bathroom with stain on shower recess tiles. Best thing was it was opposite Cottesloe beach so easy to go for a swim.

I could barely sleep 3hrs with the amount of noise i could hear from other guests both on rhe same floor and above. Every footstep or door closing was loud and booming. Very old furniture in poor condition.

Great location but Cottesloe is being rebuilt so looking tired. Sea & walking great. The hotel is apparently being renovated in 2024/5 the bedding was old we needed fresh crisp bedding as soon as we arrived.

The property itself is rundown and needs some money spent on it, but the room was nice overall and an awesome ocean view. I wish I'd been informed before booking that the sunday session would be pumping loud music into our room until 10pm, as I was staying with my 4 year old.

Great customer service, room had alot of space, bed was comfortable. X3 bins that came in handy. Carpet was stained and dirty, tables were very sticky. I got charged for x2 chocolate bars from mini bar that I did not consume or take. Next time i will take a photo for proof.
