Hi Meryn, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us.Our Superior rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors as is listed clearly on all booking platforms. The option of direct access from your room to the pool area is applicable to the rooms listed as "Deluxe with Pool Access".As a live music venue with history dating back to the 70s, we make sure to list the entertainment and potential for noise on all platforms also.The free drink on arrival is a special offer for people who book directly via our website and is not included in bookings made via third party agents. We'd love for you to give us another go.
