Why a $100 bond per room? Limited stock in the bar over a long weekend especially when they advertise bar facilities. No room service on Monday, even if a public holiday we paid for the service. $30 breakfast that had cold food and no choice of continental. Will not be promoting as a place to stay.

Hi Norm,Each hotel has their own policy when it comes to a pre-authorization or charge for a bond.This is a policy which all guests are required to pay upon check in, at almost any hotel, for any charges posted back to the room or damages which could potentially occur. This is refunded on departure should there be no damages or charges to the room.We do have a quite a selection of different types of beverages, however apologize if this menu was not up to your satisfaction. Having limited staff on public holidays, which most businesses do, unfortunately we were not able to offer room service on this day. We apologize for this.There is continental breakfast available at our restaurant if choosing the buffet menu, along with cooked breakfast as well.We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, however do hope to welcome you back again to hopefully exceed your expectations.Safe travels ahead.Warm Regards,ChadAssistant Manager - Front Office

Bra hotel i närheten av floden
Hotellet kändes nytt och fräscht, och inte den plastiga "ibis"-känslan man ibland får på deras hotel. Istället var rummen väldigt fräscha med fåtölj och litet arbetsbord. Sängen var riktigt bra. Badrummet med kakel kändes också väldigt fräscht och nytt. Hotellet ligger lite i utkanten av centrum, men inte längre bort än en trevligt promenad på ett par kilometer. Nära till floden och promenadstråk. Jag var väldigt nöjd med vistelsen! Då mitt flyg gick på eftermiddagen ville jag ha lite senare utcheckning, men det sa de att de inte kunde hjälpa mig med. Det var det enda jag tyckte var lite dåligt. (Ordinarie tid för check-out är 11:00.)

The Ibis Styles East Perth, is an excellent choice for those wanting to stay in central Perth. The room service menu food is great, and so is the breakfast. There is no allocated parking though, and parking will cost you atleast $14 per day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with all the comfort. During my 3-night visit on level 1715 river view the stay was very enjoyable as the place offers you all the need. Easy check in with nil issues. No cookie offered as it may be only to selected guest. Did not ask could not be bothered. Room was very clean and well presented. Housekeeping staff a STAR here for keeping this place extremely clean and well presented. Linen clean with freshness all around. Breakfast was outstanding with varies option available. Staff on level 1 in restaurant your customer services was 5 STAR and always ensured the dining experience was enjoyable. I need to mention Racheal, you are an asset to this place, and I recommend all guests seek any assistance from her. She is full of helpful information friendly and makes sure you are treated with kindness and respect. All dining room staff were just outstanding and lovely. Great place to stay and easy access to all areas within CBD. My only recommendation is that some of your Indian male reception staff needs to be a bit more friendly and all that is required is a smile nothing else. Overall experience was outstanding and highly recommendable. 5 STAR Experience during the stay and so quiet and peaceful to relax. I highly recommend this place and make sure you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

food here is over priced and terrible hamburger patties wasn't fresh cooked an made my throat bleed no orange juice of fresh fruit for brekfast

Liked View, comfort of mattress and pillows, gym, convenience of location. Welcoming was great with a complimentary cake for Father’s Day Disliked No toilet brush, dispenser of soap pump didn’t work in shower. housekeeping whilst they made the bed everyday they didn’t clean the dirty coffee cups or cutlery daily. This was done every 3rd day. Also would of been good for staff to ask us how we enjoyed our stay given I stayed there for a week or even say good bye. All I was asked was if I was checking out and to put my key in the express box, nothing else. Very different to the welcoming that we got
